Bill Venter Academy requested the design and delivery of a Masters qualification in The Management of Technology and Innovation (MOTI) which will recognise those who have the required competence to serve in transformation management and leadership positions whithin the organisation, as well as to produce life-long learners who will be equipped to initiate socio-economic transformation within South Africa. Students who achieve this qualification are able to, amongst others, initiate organisational change, integrate systemic principles in solving organisational problems, incorporate the Management of Technology, Innovation, People and Systems (TIPS) principles into business planning processes.
